Microsoft is revamping its marketing strategy due to a partnership with Yahoo. It is now called the Yahoo Bing Network, and adCenter will now be known as Bing Ads. The ads will be targeted towards businesses wishing to advertise on Microsoft’s search engine. The ads will be particularly focused towards searchers that statistically spend more money online. Microsoft and Yahoo signed a ten year partnership deal, which Yahoo describes as being potentially problematic for their business. It remains to be seen what will happen to the new deal once Yahoo reexamines the partnership.
